Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we process when you visit 4labs.agency or contact us, why we process it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we process

a. Details you send us. When you email or call us, we process what you include: name, email address, phone, business name and the content of your message. Note that this website stores no form submissions on our servers — the “brief” forms open your own email app, and your message travels as ordinary email.

b. Technical browsing data. Our hosting provider logs basic technical details (IP address, browser type, request time) for security and operation. We do not combine these with your identity.

c. Cookies. We use only strictly necessary cookies — see the Cookie Policy.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your requests and preparing a collaboration — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps).
• Security and proper operation of the website — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
• Optional analytics or marketing cookies, if ever enabled — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

4. Recipients

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. Access is limited to providers acting on our behalf as processors: our hosting/CDN provider (Netlify, Inc.) and our email provider. Any transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request or collaboration, and as required by tax or other legal obligations. Technical logs are retained briefly by the hosting provider.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you may withdraw any consent at any time — one email to contact@4labs.agency is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

7. Security

The site is served exclusively over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk.

8. Minors

This website addresses businesses and does not knowingly collect data of children under 15.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time; the current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date.
