Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of 4labs.agency. By browsing this website you accept them.
1. Identity
This website is operated by 4Labs Private Company (Greek tax ID 803339120, Reg. No ΓΕΜΗ 194899501000), Kalymnou 8, Nea Smyrni 171 22, Athens, Greece — contact@4labs.agency, +30 210 4449 789.
2. Intellectual property
The website’s content (texts, graphics, logos, images, videos, code) belongs to 4Labs Private Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Client names and marks shown as examples of work belong to their respective owners. No reproduction or exploitation is allowed without prior written permission. Bulk extraction (scraping), automated data collection and use of the content for training artificial-intelligence models are also prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
The website exists to inform you about our services and to let you contact us. Any use that disrupts its operation, attempts unauthorised access or violates applicable law is prohibited.
4. Informational character
The website’s content is purely informational and does not constitute a binding offer. Our services are provided under a separate written quote and agreement per project; contacting us or holding an introductory call creates no obligation for either side. References to results (such as sales, bookings or revenue) describe what the services aim for and examples of our work — they are not a guarantee of specific outcomes, which also depend on factors outside our control.
5. Third-party links
The website links to third-party sites (for example client websites or Google). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. We make every reasonable effort to keep its content accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from its use — in particular indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or loss of data.
7. Changes
We may modify these terms; the current version is always the one published on this page.
8. Language and severability
These terms are provided in Greek and in English for convenience; in case of divergence, the Greek text prevails. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute.
